Position Summary: Reports to the Chief Legal Officer and provides assistance regarding real estate transactions, claims administration, reviewing and revising contracts, corporate governance, transactions, regulatory matters, human resources/employment matters, and research on legal issues and disputes arising in connection with the business of the Association.

Requirements:
• The position requires a license to practice law and admission or eligibility for admission to the Colorado State Bar.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills are required.
• Two to four years’ experience in a law firm or corporate law department preferred, with experience with real estate transactions and commercial contracts desirable.
• The position requires sound judgment in the application of legal principles to issues arising in the course of the Association’s affairs, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work and communicate effectively with management and staff of the Association.
• The duties and tasks require sedentary work in an office environment and the ability to lift a maximum of 20 pounds. The work involves some occasional travel.

Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 annually
