Depends on experience

High school diploma or equivalent certificate is required with minimum 1 year in a Service Desk environment is required. The right candidate will be experienced with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Windows 10 and Windows 7 workstation environments, HP and Xerox printers for configuration and deployment, iOS and Android systems, both physical and software.

Basic Duties
Responsible to the Information Technology Manager in optimizing Windows laptops/workstations and related components to achieve high availability and performance of the various business applications supported. This includes designing, installing, configuring, administering, monitoring, patching, supporting, and fine-tuning Windows operating systems and components across the organization in a timely and efficient manner with emphasis on systems security.

This position will report to the Information Technology Director.
