Intermountain Rural Electric Association is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our Administrative Clerk (Engineering Services) position in our Sedalia location. With over 151,000 members, Intermountain Rural Electric Association is one of the largest member-owned electric utility cooperatives in the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Windows environment requires one year of experience with Microsoft Office. Must be able to operate a PC compatible computer. The ability to operate other office machines is required. Prefer 6 months experience with Harris Cayenta or equivalent.

BASIC DUTIES: Responsible for performance of highly skilled clerical duties related to work order processing, purchase order processing and project support. Responsible for processing documents associated with engineering and construction projects. Work also includes data entry, correspondence, managing spreadsheets, and departmental documentation management.

Responsible to the GIS Manager
