Intermountain Rural Electric Association is currently seeking a team-oriented individual to fill our Facilities and Fleet Clerk position in our Sedalia location. With over 151,000 members, Intermountain Rural Electric Association is one of the largest member-owned electric utility cooperatives in the United States.

This is a regular full-time position working a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Normal hours of business are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., working an optional 9/80 schedule.

The Facilities and Fleet Clerk is responsible to the Facility and Fleet Supervisor for the performance of skilled clerical duties related to Facilities and Fleet Department operations including: maintaining office files, minutes of departmental meetings, ensuring maintenance agreements are up-to-date.

Duties involve a wide range of clerical responsibilities which require the application of clearly prescribed directives, and procedures. Individual must be adaptable to changing work environments, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks and assume new responsibilities. Work requires considerable accuracy and responsibility.

The Facilities and Fleet Clerk position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have and maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s License. Must be able to operate a PC computer. Windows environment requires one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications. The ability to operate other office machines is also required.

Must have a valid Colorado Driver License.
