IREA is seeking a Human Resources Talent Acquisition and Selection Specialist responsible for full cycle workforce management. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to create and implement best practices and solutions related to recruitment, selection, and workforce planning.
â€¢ High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
â€¢ Bachelorâ€™s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and two to three years of practical equivalent experience required. Willing to consider experience in substitute for degree.
â€¢ Recruiting and workforce planning experience strongly preferred.
â€¢ SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
â€¢ Requires valid Colorado driverâ€™s license with satisfactory driving record within Association standards.
â€¢ Satisfactory background check results
â€¢ Satisfactory results of a pre-employment drug screen
â€¢ Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.

â€¢ Communicates clear expectations to all candidates and selecting authorities to include Association process, approvals, and timelines; expectation setting with candidates and selecting authorities to ensure understanding of compliance for deliverables
â€¢ Support Association in the procurement, design and implementation of applicant tracking system (ATS)
â€¢ Workforce planning recruitment projects and initiatives in support of Association recruitment goals
â€¢ Create and foster relationships with women, diversity, veteran, disabled career organizations
â€¢ Internship program management
â€¢ Outreach to local schools, colleges, and trade programs
â€¢ Proactive recruitment to meet the challenges of today and plan for the future
â€¢ Responsible for related recruitment and workforce-related process, policies, and procedures
â€¢ Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
