This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and 2-3 years of practical equivalent experience. Competent with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, OneNote, and Teams. PHR/SHRM certification, recruitment, and workers compensation experience is preferred.

Basic Duties
Manages applicant tracking system and postings. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with supervisors, directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborates with the hiring supervisor during the offer process. Works with the HR team to develop quality control procedures ensuring efficient processing of all personnel actions through reports and review of electronic personnel records. In-processes new employees and participates in new hire orientation.
