A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus at least four years of apprenticeship training as a Journeyman Lineman or apprentice in the construction and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution lines. If no apprenticeship was served, a minimum of four years’ experience related to line construction and maintenance will be required to fill this position.

A valid Colorado Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a DOT medical certificate are required and must be maintained.

This position is a member of the Local Union No. 111 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO. It is considered a union position and will require membership upon acceptance.
