In the May meeting of the IREA board of directors, the board voted to approve proposed amendments to the Association’s bylaws. The amendments address scheduling of the annual member meeting and electronic attendance of directors at Board meetings under unforeseen and unusual circumstances. They were prompted by the need to change practices due to the COVID-19 health emergency.
